Peer Exchange

Connections that enhance our collective knowledge and impact.

The CLSN is continuously working to expand our relationships with a wide range of those doing landscape-scale stewardship across the state. Our ever-growing base of partners from diverse sectors across California contributes to the wealth of knowledge and expertise we can bring to address pressing stewardship challenges.

Peer exchange connects us and creates these critical opportunities for relationship building, information sharing, and identifying common challenges and potential solutions. It is also an important way collaborative leadership skills and principals are being shared and developed.

Collaborative Coordinators' Peer Exchange Group

Coordinators act as both the glue that holds collaboratives together and a catalyst for their actions. It is a complex job, often held by one person who works with many others, yet is alone in this role. The Collaborative Coordinators’ Peer Exchange Group provides a place for coordinators to learn from each other, hear from outside experts, and be a part of a community of support and camaraderie.

Coordinators join from participating collaboratives all over California. They bring a wide range of experiences and skills to share, and take with them knowledge that bolsters collaborative coordination across the state.

Are you coordinating a stewardship collaborative in California?  Reach out to dlandry@stewardshipnetwork.org to learn whether this peer exchange program is right for you.
